With 2 boys and 2 dogs with me, tired and ready to be home, the unexpected surprise was not welcome and caused meltdowns. Mr Jay tried several times to jump the battery but it was just too dead! We are grateful for his persistence and patience! In the end, it was local Mr Carl who just happened to stop by the store, saw our problem, got us a battery and installed it!
